i feel powerless
the pain is too much
the tears want to spill so badly
my head is spinning
everythings ringing
Im trying not to puke
my body is so weak
oh god please please make it stop

i cant do this

it feels like im in hell
i dont have the strength for this
i can barely hold back my tears
I need to scream but i cant
so I scream inside my head
awful, horrifying screams
but its at least some form of relief
