Dear shreelekha,
Its been a long time since you have gone out of my life. So long that I don’t even seem to remember when I had last talked to you in person , only had passed all my sleepless nights talking merely to your shadowy silhouette , thinking it was you; telling everything and laying bare my heart in front of that ghost of you. But today, since I’m going to leave your domain in no time , I have finally mustered the courage and all my stupefied feelings for you to write this letter. And when you will be reading this last piece of word stained paper, I would have left your reign of unrequited emotions, which knows not the art of reciprocation. So without wasting anymore of the sweet nectar of last moment’s harmony , I shall begin my last testimony to you.
Shreelekha, you know the first time I saw you in your half-sleeve purple t-shirt and dark blue jeans , I not only saw a quintessence of beauty in your face. But also had found peace in you.
I know not how I even managed to muster the courage to get closer to you, when a year back I was back-stabbed and betrayed by my first spark Kara. After all long ten years of our courtship , I got to know that Kara was not mine only…she was rather everyone else’s but mine. All broken and shattered I went to you in search of peace and solace amidst of the constant scourging of my own Destiny. But the moment I saw you was the moment that I had my salvation as well as I was reincarnated by the power of your love. But as they say, no good thing has ever lasted forever . and such was our love. Destiny and Time ended it all. Rendering only me to suffer and suffocate.
But , since I know that these worthless words of mine will be of no avail to mould your ossified...
