Sapna (Your Dream)
Who I am is not important. I don't even know what is important. The important thing is life.
Scene 1
A small child was playing with the handle of the door. Some people rushed towards the next door. He heard the sound of mourning.
That was the hospital. They were mourning the demise of their only son.

Scene 2
A young girl was roaming on the streets. Soon a politician rally covered the street. Although it was crowded, one still had to walk through to reach their destination.
A man pulled 2 kids from their mother's side. Then started running. The mother shouted that he was trying to kidnap them. The young girl who was standing between the kidnapper and the mother rushed towards him. She bang her glass bangle and took a sharp piece of it. She grabbed his feet and begged to return the kids. But he denied. On refusal she stabbed the broken bangle in his calf muscles. She came close to the man and whispered in his ears, " The blood pumps more in legs than in hands."
The man got annoyed and pushed her. When the public saw him pushing her they came to rescue her. In the meantime the mother reached the spot and took her kids back. The man suddenly fell to his knees. "What's happening?"
Young girl," Either you slit your wrist or you slit your calf muscles. Impact is the same - excessive blood loss."
When he saw blood on the street he fainted.

Scene 3
She was walking towards her home among the rally people. Suddenly a biker lost control and it fell on her. The youth participants didn't want any chaos in the rally. So a young person offered to sit in the tractor trolly. ( If you are thinking about tractor trolleys. Then it is India. Politician rally without tractors is quite unimaginable.)
He stretched his hand, she climbed by holding it.
He introduced himself as Bhola and his friend Diwakar. She told she is new in the village. Her family shifted recently.

After sometime she asked to leave. Diwakar was lost in her presence. When the vehicle stopped, she jumped from it like a cat. Both the friends were shocked.
Bhola slowly asked Diwakar," Has the bike fallen on her or she fell on it?"
Diwakar replied," I wish she would have fallen upon me."
Bhola slapped him on his shoulder to awaken him from his dreams.
Bhola, " At Least tell your name lady."
She replied, " Your dream".

Scene 4 Bhola's house
A couple visited the house. They meet Bhola's father.
Man: Namaste! We are your new neighbours.

The father insisted that they sit on the sofa. He called Bhola and his sister to meet their new neighbours.

Man: My daughter is coming soon.

Bhola was stepping down the stairs. At the same time a lady entered the house with a box full of sweets. She was walking like a kid ( little bit of jumping while walking)

His sister asked who are you? She replied, " Dream."

Meanwhile the man called the lady, " Sapna, where were you?
See this is my daughter."

He introduced her to the Bhola' s family.

Sapna handed over the sweet box to Bhola' s sister and touched the feet of the elders.

Bhola saw her face and recognised. She was the same girl whom he met in the rally.

Sapna: Uncle, may I take your kids to visit the village.
Bhola's father: ( smiled) Of course.

For the next week Bhola, his sister, Diwakar and Sapna enjoyed a lot. They did several activities like sucking sugarcane while sitting on a husk heap, watching theatre, visiting village fair, watching dance competition etc. In one of the competitions Diwakar enrolled Sapna' s name too. They were like free birds in the sky enjoying their life to the fullest.

Bhola was a young teenager so he often called her as Sapna didi. Sapna also enjoys the company of his small innocent brother. But she was afraid as he was extremely innocent for this world.

One day Bhola got a call from an unknown number. They were offering a waiter's job in metro city. He became so excited that he decided to join the job. The attraction of the big city has raised his spirits high.

Sapna found the call suspicious. Moreover everyone else also advised him not to go to metro city. In villages people are simple minded. They don't want more money. They just want their loved ones living together with them. Diwakar claimed that the salary is low as per the living standards of the big cities. But simple minded Bhola couldn't understand his friend's advice. Bhola started avoiding people. Seeing his son sad , Bhola's father permitted him to work in the metro city.
