(Connection of Hearts)

Dear Diary,

Do you ever wonder why someone was rude to you? Why he/she hates you when you didn’t do anything? Because I did.

Her name is Clea, The first time we met she intentionally bumped my shoulder already. I even tried to ask her why but in the end she just replied ‘I just want to.’ It didn’t stop there, she keeps on doing it consecutive times. I want to pick a fight with her but every time I met her gaze, I can’t. I, myself don’t understand why either.

I didn’t expect the time will come where all my questions and curiosity will be answered. One day, during our lunch break. I heard her crying and sobbing in our classroom. There was no one that time it was just her sitting on the corner, hugging her knees.

I want to hug her and comfort her despite everything she did. This may sound impossible but my heart felt her pain. It seems like it was telling me that the day she bumped towards me was the day our hearts connect.

And if our hearts really did connects then I’m willing to share my heart with her as we pick the pieces of her heart that have been wounded.
