The Day Will Come
Alarm rings. It's 5 o'clock in the morning.
Mrs Shanza wakes up and starts with her daily work.Making breakfast, serving her mother in law, getting her 9 year old daughter ready for school, serving breakfast to her husband, saying goodbye and then preparing for Lunch, cleaning table and then herself getting ready for school.
Yes! she is a house wife as well as a teacher.
She was physics teacher in classes 8,9&10.
Every day when she enters the school she could hear the students taking evil names for her and other teacher's and making fun of them behind their backs.
In the first period, she entered the class and wished the students though, they were not interested in wishing her back.Ignoring all the chit-chats and backbenchers making fun of her every word, she began with the class. When the students didn't stopped so she scolded them but instead of feeling ashamed of being scolded, the students argued with her.
Finally after a hard day it was recess.‘Principal sir had called a meeting after school all the teachers are requested to come.’
After the recess again all the teacher's began with there classes with the students who never want to study.
In the last period when Mrs.Shanza entered the class, she found no student there but someone locked her inside.
No voice could reach anyone as everybody was in the auditorium.Principal sir had to give new instructions to the students.
The dismissal would be right from the auditorium. Students went back home and the meeting of the teachers began.
After a long time of waiting finally a janitor opened the class and Mrs.Shanza ran to the meeting room.
She was very late for the meeting and principal sir scolded her infront of everyone, but she never told about the children.Principal sir was talking about the discipline in students.
‘We could make studies interesting and easier but only when the students cooperate. If they don't so it will be very hard for us to understand the way they want us to teach.’Mrs.Shanza thought.
At home after telling her husband about the bad day,her husband asked,“Why didn't you complain to their parents?”
“Complaining will only increase pressure on parents and it makes students more aggressive. No matter if they don't realize now, they'll surely remember and respect me when they will become a teacher.”she replied.

It's 2:00am and Mrs.Shanza is still checking the notebooks of the students.
