Judging others' spiritual progress is futile; we can never fully grasp their journey or the challenges they've overcome.Only we can truly assess our own growth internally. Avoid scrutinizing others or being swayed by their opinions. We alone understand our starting point, current position, and desired destination. Refrain from comparing oneself to others, even if they commend your transformation. They cannot perceive your inner journey.
Once you become conscious of your weaknesses and addictions, release them immediately. This act is the greatest kindness you can show to yourself. Doing so will not only transform your own life but also positively impact the lives of those around you. Even simple habits like smoking not only harm others as passive smokers but also accumulate negative karma with them.It's understandable that delving into spirituality might initially evoke fear, as one may worry that every action could generate negative karma. However, this notion evolves over time. As you begin to explore and apply spiritual principles, you'll gradually feel inspired to cleanse your inner self.The initial struggle gives way to a spiritual way of living that becomes easier and even enjoyable over time.
