They both knew that they are nothing more than acquaintances. They just had casual talks once or twice. Or may be more times. Who knows!! They knew that they were destined to be separated. Or may be to go ahead like a parallel line.She didn't know why people had said that he smiled at her unknowingly. Why he revolved around her like a planet. Why she'd got afraid when he was under a threat. Why every childlike gesture of him made her smile. Why he didn't give her an opportunity to bid the last goodbye.
What he didn't know was why she came to him with different excuses. Why he wanted to share that part of his past about which no-one knew. Why he wanted to share his scars. He even didn't know that she waited for him to say a goodbye.
They didn't know why they couldn't find words when they met after a long time. Why he came back only to say a goodbye this time.
They know that they are destined to be separated. What they don't know is even after separation they both left a part of their heart for each other.
