In Shabbat's Torah portion God, from the burning bush, declares to Moses His name by which He will be known for all eternity – and it is not I am that I am! And throughout the rest of Scripture, His name – or portions of it – is what people call our God.
God said to Moses, '…Thus you shall say to the children of Israel… YHWH, God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me unto you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial unto all generations.
