the intentions to heal.
Most of us have been to unbelievable places, most of us are trying to heal from the oldest and largest wounds, some of us have loss that are irreplaceable, most of us have been left to deal with the broken pieces of the ruins, some of us know in details what betrayal looks like, most of us are afraid to give life another shot because it may be another blood bath.some of us would not trust again factually, this is for all of us, but we should learn to heal.
Healing is a process, whence you and I will have to be intentional about ourselves, we have to ask for help when we will feel our strength is sapped, we have the ability to feel the most pain during the healing process.we first allowed all the pains in, we let it overwhelm us, we give up to will to be strong, we acknowledged the pain,we master it, then we smile right through the pain, gradually we balance between the pain and our intentions to heal, before we know it we have no more pains, we are fixed, we are new and we are heal!
To heal completely, enjoy the pain, own it, it is like the story of the seed that must die to grow, we *MUST* all at one point or the other feel pain to truly heal and to appreciate healing. We cannot be to holding on the our pains in the name of being strong. when a seed is in the soil, the soil wins, it chokes on the seed and the seed surrenders and dies, the soil will assume victory while the seed owns its decay then after a while the seed starts to germinate, the soil's glory is short lived.why?... because the soil can't and would never grow, but the seed can and will..
Conclusively, if we claim to be strong we grow from being vulnerable to being re-enforced, meaning that we acknowledged that we were hurting and we healed for ourselves to be better humans, not holding on to grudges and waiting in ambush for someone to pass on to the barton of brokenness in the righteous name of being healed or strong. We should also learn to stop avoiding pains, if we can love, be happy... we definitely should also give expressions to pain with the intention to heal not to revenge.
Good morning
