Life and Destiny

How destiny controls people's lives.
This is an argument that can never be won : How much "Free will" a person has in his/her lifetime. Whether human life is in full control of themselves or destiny. There is a constant battle between these two opposite strong elements in our minds and that's a part of the human vessel.
I believe it could be a combination of both. Our time on this planet is limited whether we cry or laugh our story is progressing and we are nearing our departure with each passing day.
Often when we sit to contemplate over life we find that there is vast disparity amongst human lives in general regarding social and economic status and well being. Some are in great state of euphoria others are in misery. Why is there this visible distinction in society. Is that a form of destiny?
Destiny controls human life in multitude ways, we often never acknowledge the power of fate until we fail at something after giving multiple trials at it.
That is when we concede with the theory of : " Destiny being strongly existent in this world."
Our birth, death, family is all determined by destiny. We may think that our efforts, education, career also marriage is in our hands but even those junctures and milestons of life are severely influenced by fate.
So must we stop trying ? Never...
As there is a partial "Free will" available to us, we must try atleast in our capacities.
Some ideologies believe in the rebirth loop whereas many insist on one life scenario. Whatever the reality, Karma may have it's role to play. There is a life force that sustains us. Hopefully one day we find panacea to uplift the mankind.
