A female dead body was found in a forest. Her left leg was missing, too. The police investigation found out that her name was Sudeshna, and she was a professor at a university.
A few days later, another female dead body with a right leg missing was found in a garbage area. Her name was Ritika, and she was in customer care service.
A week later, a woman named Sonakshi was found dead near a garage, and both of her hands were missing. Sonakshi was a schoolteacher.
An actress named Rishita was found dead in an abandoned car. Her hair was missing, so she looked completely bald.

Police were concerned about the killings of these women and speculated if they had some links to serial killings. Crime investigation officer Santanu was appointed to solve this mystery. He accompanied two female police officers, Rinki and Soniya.

After knowing all the details of those women, Santanu realized they were known to him and even close to him. Rinki and Soniya plotted that if they showed themselves close to Santanu, the serial killer might come to them as well, and he or she would be apprehended.
Rinki took it to social media to show intimacy with Santanu, and Soniya could be seen physically attached to Santanu in public areas.

Once, Rinki asked how was Santanu's married life. He said his wife Siya was a mad doctor who lost her mind in her surgical operations. Soniya doubted Siya could be behind all these as the missing body parts relate to surgical operations.

But before Soniya found out about Siya, Siya kidnapped Rinki to a warehouse. She laid her on a bed and locked her hands and legs. Siya took a saw and cut her neck. With pain and agony, Rinki had already died before Soniya arrived. Soniya shot Siya with a bullet, but she somehow got up and stuck Soniya on her head with a rod. Soniya fell on the floor, and Siya took the saw and ran it between her legs.

When Santanu arrived, he could see a distorted and ugly naked female body. Siya said this artificial woman had Sudeshna's left leg, Ritika's right leg, Sonakshi's hands, Rishita's hair, Rinki's head, and Soniya's middle body. Siya was successful in her experiment of assembling human body parts and making a new body of her own. However, she could not make her alive, so she wanted Santanu to kill her so that she could transfer her consciousness to that artificial woman. Santanu couldn't hold any more than fulfilling her wish, so he shot multiple bullets on her head and breast. He feared the artificial woman could wake up, but it did not happen. He left the place with a sad heart and remorse.
