She had overcome the darkness many times before

And she's as resilient as can be
The darkness tries to overtake her
but she knows it's many forms
Sometimes it comes on beautiful sunny days
Sometimes only during storms

Today she is determined
To reach her destination
Nothing's going to stop her
Not even procrastination

She's ready to fight
She's ready to love
She's ready to make things right

She learns as she heals
