Stress is defined as a condition of mental and physical tensions that are strain; sometimes it leads to depression also. today most of the persons are facing stress. This is only because of the rush and push activity of the routine. the software job plays a vital role in getting stress. this lead to hypertension. Hypertension is high blood pressure. It has no symptoms over time can cause health problems such a heart disease and stroke.

Stress may be different kinds. They are:

1. Personal.

2. Job related.

3. Social related.

Causes of Stress:

1. Health problems make us get depression. This affects our body both physically and mentally. So, this is a personal cause of stress.

2. Emotions like anger, grief, gullet, and low self-Esteem. These are the emotional causes.

3. The death of a loved one, changing jobs shifting houses, and sending a child away and abroad. These are the life causing stress.

4. Financial problems instability is also the main reason for stress.
