On 30/08/21, the news spread that the police have scanned eight dangerous android mobile applications that were found to be hiding Joker Malware. Google removed these apps, and encouraged everyone with an android device to remove the following apps:
· Auxiliary Message
· Element Scanner
· Fast Magic SMS
· Free CamScanner
· Go Messages
· Super Message
· Great SMS
· Travel Wallpapers

Creepy, huh? Well, the scarier thing is that Joker Software was first spotted and removed back in 2019, but it made its way back again, with the help of a gang of experienced cyber criminals.
