Peering, peering, and wondering
Will she ever get that necklace?
Or is it meant for someone else?

How will she know if she does not go inside?
She will keep wondering about it as time passes by.
To know, she must enter the store.
But will she?

Or will she have the courage to go and ask?
Only she knows that she can not stand idly by
While she gives up and wonders.

The necklace could hers, and it could not.
Was it stolen, or was it not.
Only the store lady knows the answer to that.

We will never know, unless is courageous, and goes inside.
To ask the burning question on her heart.
Will it be answered, or will it not?

All for the necklace in the window.
She is going to take the leap.
Off she goes, to ask the burning question.
