Step 2: Develop self-care strategies (go for a walk/have a tea/exercise/music/take a nap/cooking & baking/go grocery/gardening/play games/writing)P.S. Not fixed; anything that brings you joy is what you can choose to do during those emotional episodes.
Step 3: Reach out to support from close people (family members/close friends/responsible adults)
Step 4: Social support (apps/professionals/mental health hotlin)
Step 5: Keep your environment safe as possible as you can (Put sharp weapons in somewhere hard to reach/change your surroundings from inside to outside/keep your pills on drawers)
