In this article, I will be talking solely about the structured diet of an average 5 year old.

Pasta and wheat- to maintain a well-off diet, get started with basic protein and wheat, Durum wheat is simply important for kids. Pasta and Noodles are healthy with some sauce and vegetables, avoid instant food packs of noodles, you're really not sure if it actually contains healthy proteins.
Raw/leafy veggies- they help as well, with rich amounts butter and vinegar
Sauce cream containing milk- this can be included with daily servings of wheat food, at-least 1 cup of milk divided into 2 potions
