The seen and the unseen.
Let me unlock the castle of Education with a fundamental Idea."Education of the Heart is the Heart of Education"When we look square at the function of education in our country,it has made remarkable milestones. The dream of making a digital India unexpectedly became a reality with the arrival of Covid -19.This Pandemic gave an option nor an excuse than go online.Life has changed since then particularly of students, this transition largely affected the quality of our educational system, particularly to rural India.Wherr half of our country men live a life of hand to mouth struggle.
Apart from this crucial phase,we got to examine the sap of Education. Its quality and implementation, applicability and impact.
Very often we are boambaded with peripheral success and accolades.I would rather bring about some degrading factors swept under the carpet by the educational institutions.
The educators are picked only on performance level, nether quality or value-based moral status taken to consideration.Led by misguided principles, politician gain, and religious motives, the purity of young minds are coloured in black with grownups wayward ways. Controversal contents in syllabus, instead of using our differences to show how rich we are in cultures, traditions, rituals, language, geography, attires, food habbits, festivals and religion. This uniqueness become Vulnerability an underlying factor discrimination and alienation.
we forgot that rainbow is made beutiful only of dark and bright hues.Blending our differences become rich resources and reason for pride. And not for devaluing or underestimating any one in anyway.
Careful choice of the lessons taught in schools, selection of commited and authentic personalities as teaching faculty, concession for the less privileged, special attention and assistance of the weak above all an open minded perspective towards the ideal of true education is the need of the hour.

As educators we need to go beyond structural Pride, love of money, prestigious position and dignity of profession.

Let us build human beings
And not educated Monsters.
