Hey my name's Emma and I'm going to tell you my story. I'm 15 years old and was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona . When I was 12 my mom and I moved to Brooklyn because my mom got a job there , my dad left us when I was three so I don't really know him. The past few years have been as normal as it's gets , my mom and I live in a apartment building and my schools right across the street. One day as I was walking home from school my best friend Bessie apporached me "Hey Emma you wanna go to the haunted house tonight with me a few more kids from school" she asked "Uhh I'm not sure haunted houses creep me out" I replied but she insisted "Come on its Halloween it will be fun"long story short I decided to go. At about 7pm my friends and I got to hallow ground park it was basically a Halloween theme park.We rode rides and ate cotton candy ,at about 10:30 we went into the Haunted house. It was so creepy just then Bessie said "Hey where's Jake?" we all looked around but didn't see Jake just then Jake jumped out infront of us yelling "boo". Everyone thought it was funny but I thought it was stupid to scare us like that I mean what if something was actually wrong with him. As we were half way through the haunted house Bessie came up with the idea that we should all split up I didn't like the idea but Bessie said "Emma stop being such a chicken" so I agreed because I didn't want people to think I was a chicken. I was so scared to walk through the haunted house all by myself ,as I was walking I noticed Jake laying in the floor in a pool of blood but I thought Jake was just pulling another stupid prank "Haha very funny Jake" I said as I approached him . I touched him and said "wow the blood looks really real" only to my horror that it was real . I ran and screamed for help just then Bessie came running to me and screamed as she saw Jakes dead body. We have to get out of here now I said but just and Bessie and I were leaving the whole place went dark."Oh no they got a power outage" Bessie said . I herd footsteps approaching us and I slowly turned around and I saw two little girls. I went up upto them and said "Hey sweetie did u guys get separated from your mom" but no answer I looked back at Bessie but she was gone. Then a creepy looking figure came running to me with a knife screaming "You are not welcome here " , I screamed as loudly as I could and ran out of hallow ground park . I saw a car coming up the road and I stopped them, a elderly lady was driving I said "please help me there's a crazy lady in hallow ground park " but the elderly lady replied "That park is abandoned, hasn't been used in years since a girl named Emma and her friends died there 20 years ago"
