Today I feel awful. I was sitting for Lunch in my office with my colleague he ordered the food from the canteen. I asked him why you don't carry your tiffin today. He said his wife is on periods so she can't enter to the kitchen for next five days from today it is our culture. still his words stick in my mind. I was very shocked that is it still happening in India?? seriously....! When I got to know about this in my school days then I used to buy sanitary pads for my sisters. I am very thankful that my parents and teachers taught me the importance of women.
it is very sad that people don't know about all these things the government should start Campaign to aware people about all this and let people know more about periods and importance of women.
