POSITIVE & NEGATIVE THINKING
Positive thinking must be provided to get benefit, reasonable so that happiness can be expected

Negative thinking is trying to reduce losses, realizes the badness of something, so that we can be warned to stay away from obstacles.

How to form positive & negative thoughts?

Simple in theory, although difficult in practice, and preferably better facing obstacle in practice than having no clue whatsoever, and much better by knowing and master what is known.

That is ... doing one step at a time from the easy one - at first to build self-confidence so that gradually having more confident "i can achieve benefits & can prevent or solve problems"

Trauma

Likewise, when experiencing trauma, it can be overcome with the same pattern, namely by exercising from the beginning in the easiest, safest way (alone or with assistance) to form a belief that something is safe. Gradually until the time comes to realize that this world is cruel but can be overcome.

Trauma is also not bad, because it reminds us that something can happen unexpectedly, so that we can start over again with more caution.
