At the dawn of Super typhoon Yolanda
After I finished spring cleaning earlier this morning at 7 sharp.
August 31st, 2022, It's the last day of August. I looked up at the melancholy sky; the formless cloud seemed sunk in the gloom with a bleak sadness, and it reminisces me of those calamitously tragic events of my life. At the dawn of Typhoon Yolanda.

The news and radio are already broadened about the upcoming typhoon that will hit the Philippines in Leyte and various provinces. Not only in the Philippines but also in many other affected countries.
As much as I remember...
when typhoon Yolanda struck, just at dawn on November 8, 2013. I could hear the soulful howling sound of a strong gustiness of wind from the outside—it is such an eerie resonant sound with heavy downpours.
I looked out the window to see the condition of my other neighbor, its roof was almost broken and looked like it was about to fly off due to the force of the wind. You will also hear the roofs crashing and banging, and the trees that nearly fall.

Soon the power went out...
The light of the flashlight and Gasera was our only light in the darkness of the dawn amid super typhoon Yolanda. Quietly sitting on the cold floor while watching the dancing shadow of a gasera's light from the wall.
When the silence of the morning appears, carrying its pale tint grey of the above morning sky— still a mournful gloomy morning. My eyes were saddened by the aftermath left behind by typhoon Yolanda.
Houses are destroyed, the tall and leafy trees become bald and bent, others are cut and hanging on the wires, and of course, the wires attached to each house were also cut.

As soon as the onset of sunset— it sunk below the line of the horizon and it seemed it was pulling the color of the same color orange as the sunrise of the morning sky. The repercussions of super typhoon Yolanda...

It's the first night without a light, but the moon is shining that night.
