Ishika- Morning Gagan, Just feeling blessed today & cherishing every moment in lieu..

Ishika- Just spent it in the haze of NBA trend..

Gagan- Oh! I am afraid, I can't comprehend..

Ishika- Indeed Gagan that 2.5 hours of gratification, I can't express in words..

Ishika- As if I can defy the laws of gravity & fly beyond clouds like humming birds..

Ishika- Yes Finally Solace is all what it takes...

Gagan- Indeed.. So Ishika I have couple of things I would like to discuss..

Gagan- Something taking a toll on my concious..

Ishika - Sure Gagan

Gagan- Let's start with Good, everytime team needs you for support, you always stood..

Gagan- In last 6 months, you have shown great diligence on all your tasks..

Gagan- You were always there without even ask..

Ishika- Thank You Gagan I always give my best to reach my goal, this is something which rejuvinates my soul..

Gagan- Glad to hear that, so your quality, inventory and on-shore VOC are just perfect, however your multi tasking is now impacting one of our important KPI which is attainment.

Gagan- This month your attainment was 65% against the target of 90%. I know your multi tasking could be one of the reason, there must be couple of other reasons you would like to share.

Ishika- Yes Gagan one of the reason would be not switching the comp codes. Every time someone call me for support, I don't switch the comp codes and end up missing the deadline of my current comp code.

Ishika- Second one could be, sometimes I forget to apply external comp code while reaching out to PSR for additional information. So the outreach time with PSR simply adds in my complete code and BTT target exceeds.

Gagan- Congratulations you already deciphered the root cause.

Ishika- Yes Gagan going forward I will be more mindful with comp codes timing. I will also use Off-Prod and Support comp code for internal coaching and Sessions, also I will use external comp codes with due diligence.

Gagan- Sounds Great!

Gagan- I have shared the list of all applicable comp codes on your mail. Please keep a track of your KPI's as if it's your holy grail.
