It was a beautiful sunny day and Kelton was sitting in the cafe sipping his cold coffee along with Sidd. Suddenly his eyes caught a beautiful girl wearing a cute white dress with floral prints sitting on the opposite table along with her friend. Kelton secretly admired her for a while till Sidd snaped his fingers and said 'Bro, Fell in love huh? That too at first sight' laughed Sidd. Kelton smiled and blushed.
While he was still in his dream world, the girls got up to leave.

Sidd too liked Natasha as a sister but he felt something unique about Natalia. He loved her friendship.

Her eyes filled with tears of joy as she too sat down, took the rose from his hands and hugged him tightly as if she would never let him go.He too hugged her tightly and called her his own.
Kelton and Natasha were indeed so happy for their best friends and wished them all goodness and happiness.
Kelton was still wondering that how he'll confess his feelings to Natasha. Each time he looked into her eyes he stammered.

That night ,the phone rang and Natalia picked it up. Natasha on the other hand was scribbling something in her diary.She hid it as Natalia entered her room. Natalia saw her hiding it but didn't bother to ask about it. She noticed the teary red eyes of her dear best friend for the first time as she laid in bed and closed her eyes.
The next day morning, Natalia called out Natasha to come for breakfast downstairs but she didn't. Even after repeated calls she didn't come. So Natalia went to her room to see if she was okay. But she saw a strange sight.Natasha was lying on the floor with blood vomitted stains on her dress as well as on the floor. She was rushed to the hospital. Kelton and Sidd too went to the hospital.
Natasha was taken to the ICU. After a long time, the doctor came out and said that she has been diagnosed with blood cancer, final stage.The chances of recovery is also very low as it's the final stage.
Natalia, Sidd and Kelton just couldn't believe their ears. Natasha had never told about this to anyone not even to her best friend. She kept it a secret all her life.
Just a few hours later, the doctor said that they could see her.
Natalia ran inside and Sidd went for her moral support while Kelton stayed outside. He couldn't see his beloved in such a condition.
Sidd and Natalia came out and said Kelton to see her. And he went in, there he saw his girl, lying with so many machines on the side of the bed.
He went and sat near her and began to talk. He said 'I love You' to her. Tears rolled down from her closed eyes. Just then she opened her eyes and said to him in a pale voice 'Kelton, there's a diary in my room, under the bed. Take it and read it'.
Just a few minutes later, she took a deep breath and her heart stopped beating. Kelton couldn't bear this. He cried and cried over. Natalia too was deeply saddened by the death of her loved friend. Sidd tried to console both of them.
And a few days later, kelton remembered Natasha's last words. He went to her room and found the diary. Tears rolled down as he went through each page.
'KELTON, I FELL FOR YOU THE VERY FIRST DAY ITSELF. I HAD LOVED YOU SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE. I KNOW YOU'RE MAD AT ME AS I DIDN'T ACCEPT YOUR PROPOSAL. I TOO KNOW YOU LOVE ME SO MUCH. BUT THERE'S SOMETHING WHICH NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT ME, NOT EVEN NATALIA. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH BLOOD CANCER A YEAR AGO.
