"Why do you love me?", he asked her
Gazing at her with a wondering look.

"I love you because I love YOU", she replied with a smile.

"But why?", he ask her again

"Because you deserved to be loved", she reasoned.

But he doesn't seem satisfied with her answer.


So she keeps going,

"You don't need a reason to be loved.
If you keep searching for a reason why you love someone,
Then you'll also search for a reason why you hate them
And for me that's not loving.

If you love someone, you just love them
There's nothing behind it.
Loving becomes easy when you don't have the need to find a reason why you love someone.

But if you still need an answer, an accurate one at that.
Then the reason that I love you is because it's You."

And that's the answer he never knew he needed to hear.
