God, O food giver,creator of the universe , I have committed a lot of sinful deeds in my lifetime and you are omniscient, Lord, you know everything. today I confess before you my sinful deeds, which I did knowingly or did by mistake. I sincerely apologize for every sin I have committed, please have mercy on me, a sinner. Have mercy on me Lord. Lord, give me such wisdom that I always stay away from sinful deeds and do only good deeds. Give me a place at your feet Lord.
Take me under your shelter, Lord, you are an ocean of mercy, forgive me, the lowly and the guilty. I beg for your mercy and grace.
Whatever I have achieved in my life till date is the result of your grace and mercy for which I am indebted to you and thank you immensely.
