Boot Camp ZOMBIE
Chapter 1
It was summertime and Greg and Harold were ready to kick-off their shoes and play video games all summer.
“Greg, Harold pack your clothes,” Julie their mother had a “surprise” for them.
“What why” they whined looking at each other in confusion.
“You two are going to Boot Camp,” she responded.
The boys were struck with shock.
“What do you mean? We didn’t do anything to deserve this we have been angels .” George exclaimed.
“What are you kidding me?” Julie asked in amazement, “So who threw a whole bucket of paint on Principle Walise,” she answered him.
“I have no clue,” Harold said with a smirk on his face.
“Sorry, mom it was just a joke,” George pleaded for forgiveness.
“No, I don’t care, you will go and that is final. You guys deserve this. Plus I get to have a week away from you two.,” she joked kissing her two sons on the forehead.
Paragraph 2
The boys went to their room to pack. It turns out that their mother has been planning this for weeks without telling them.
“This is so unfair,” George whined
“Well, we saw this coming. We have been bad all summer and mom has to pay 200 dollars for us messing up the principal's office. Plus she said she was going to do something about our behavior,” Harold answered with a stern expression on his face.
“Boys hurry up, you’ll have to go to sleep in an hour because I will have to drive you to the bus stop at 7 in the morning,” Julie yelled from the white living room table.
“Mom, it is only 7:30 and we are 13 and 14 and we can choose what time we want t go to bed,” George whined.
“I don’t care. GO TO BED NOW,” she yelled back in anger.
The boys finished packing and went to bed. They lay awake thinking of what boot camp would be like. They didn’t want to go but they had no choice.
Paragraph 3
“WAKE UP BOYS,” Julie exclaimed, “It’s time to get ready and head to the bus,”.
The boys groaned as they forcefully lifted their bodies of the beds.
“I hate this,” George said grabbing his suitcase and putting it in the trunk of their mother’s car.
After 10 minutes George and Harold finally made it to the bus stop. When they saw what the bus looked like they had chills down their spines. It was all scratched up and there were reddish-brown stains on the sides.
“Mom I am so, so, so sorry we will be the best kids in the world. Just don’t let us go please mommy,” Harold cried with tears swelling up in his eyes.
“I am sorry baby you have to go,” she replied wiping his tears off his face.
“Stop crying to your mommy and get on the bus, you big baby,” the bus driver yelled lifting George and Harold’s suitcase onto the bus.
They finally gave up begging their mother to stay and got on the bus. They miserably looked out of the window to see their mother growing farther and farther away from them. They fell asleep next to each other with drool running down their chins. When they felt the bus stop and they immediately woke up.
“I think we are here,” Harold yawned getting up from his seatit and exiting the bus.
Paragraph 4
The boot camp looks strange, there were scratches on the walls and stains that looked like blood and there were wood planks nailed to the door.
“What the heck is this,” George said with wide eyes looking at Harold with a stunned look on his face.
“I already want to leave, it looks like they work these kids to death,” Harold said trying to stay calm.
“Welcome to boot camp zombie,” a lady in an army uniform yelled getting everyone’s attention.
“My name is Officer Rebbeca and that is what you will refer to me as. Also, I am in charge of this camp,” she said walking back and forth to see everyone’s faces, “We have a couple of rules here! First, no...
