I hope this letter finds you in a good health and spirits.
I know you are perturbed, anxious, exhausted these days. I know you stay awake all night. I know it feels hard to breathe. I understand things are rough and tough right now for you. I know the universe advices you different tactics to deal with it, but I understand it is easier said than done.
Before I proceed let me ask something; so tell me does anyone like being constantly sick? The answer is undoubtedly a no.
Okay I know like everyone you want to be happy and enjoy good moments and for that you need to take a little break and breathe. Breathe deep. You need to take care of yourself. You need to put yourself first. You need to smile often. You need to realise that you are powerful. You need to see this world in the right direction. If this world has a darker side it does have a brighter side too. You need to change the way you look at things. You need to be positive about things and it's okay if it does not go well at the end. These ups and downs are a part of our life.
I know everything cannot change at once. It is a slow process but once you take your first step to overcome hardships, you experience a brief change. No matter what is going on, all you need to do is to focus on your well being. I would love to tell you that the best change starts from within.
So, next time whenever you fell stressed and drowned in negative thoughts just remember to breathe, breathe deep and relax. Remember you are powerful and strong enough to fight back.
