Once there was a grumpy old man. His name was Mr. Dens Sweth. People use to call him " Man with Chromatophobia". They called so as Mr.Sweth becomes a ice berg if he see red. Its not that he has colour blindness nor he is actually having chromatophobia. This illness of him has a pathological story behind. Once when he was about 3 to 4 years old, he was bought up by his family in a the beautiful village of Engelberg in Switzerland. There he used to lay down in the grass and do nothing all day around. One day he met his first friend, Daffodil. As the name suggest, she was as preety as she was kind. Little Dens and Dillin ( Nick name of Her ) became good friends. But as good thing becomes envious to all, A nightmare had appear in the sweet life of the two. That night there was a huge strom in the village. Suddenly many of the weak house started to fall. Mr.Sweth kept wondering about dillin. But as time pass, the situation started to get wrose. Dillin rushed towards them. She told that she had lost her family and home. So she begged for the sweth family to help her.But The Sweth family didn't agree to keep her. Little dens begged them and even had a huge fight with his parents. He said that Dillin was the one who loved him. His parents only showed up to say hi and bye. Through the whole time it was her who cared for him. But his father forced him to car. His mother thought of Dillin but the harsh act made her forget. Dillin was crying and So Dens. His father drive away before the situation can get better. Thought the whole journey, Debs could only feel guilt and lightnings. But suddenly a light flased on his eye. And after that when he woke up he could only see blood all around.He couldn't focus cause he was also injured. Suddenly he saw that Dillin was covered with blood. He rushed to her but she only said " Dens, just smile one last time and tell me you will love me. Thank you for being my best brother. Tell me you bought the red dress right. Thank you.Good...bye" He understood that she protected him and cried out loud. He cried out " I hate red , I..I am sorry dear. Please don't leave my world...please ". But he fainted soon. After he woke up. He saw a man. The doctor said that it was Mr. Dong. He will adopt him from now on. But Dens had lost his real meaning of life. So all he could think of is that nightmare. He asked Mr.Dong about the other person who were lying with him. He told that it was only you . I think I only saw you. Dens slowly broke down and cried out that everyone hates his precious gems, ? After that, the nightmare become a part of life. After ages he still dislikes red. He even did not to marry anyone. After years, now he is a retired forest ranger in France. He spend all his life with the memories and the nightmare that happened in Switzerland. But one day he found a girl was passing by selling strawberries. She saw the old man and said if he would like some. He rejected, saying that he dislikes red. The girl laughed a little and asked that how can he hate such a great colour. He said with a louder voice that he dislikes red. But the girl asked again. Then He finally stood up and screamed louder and slowly his voice broke down as he cried out. He started saying, the red colour of my life is gone. Its gone ! He shouted with pain. Suddenly hearing the broken voice a crowd gathered up. Everyone saw the inner emotions of the grumpy man. The girl knelt down, and said "Hating something will not get back the love. If you truly loved her you should not hate her most favourite colour". The old man looked up and saw that the girl's face was a little bit similar to Daffodill. She helped him up and led her to the house. Latter in evening she explained, that her father adopted Daffodill before she was born.She slowly get on the topic that, that night, her parents were passing by the valley. They saw a girl lying in the water bank. They picked her up. She was hurt seriously but as she was young she could still talk but her leg was injured forever. She had a bad memory back then but she only rembered him. Dens asked hasitently ," Where is she ?..she safe right.. ". Just then a women smillingly entered in wheel chair. She had basket full of strawberries. She said, " Do you still hate red ". He ran towards her and emotionally they dengite with each other.
