people are so busy nowadays which is affecting the younger generation, they generate such belief that one can easily be misguided due to half knowledge or wrong knowledge provided to them by media or social media or by one self believe. young generation people need proper guidance for better future of the world and themselves. few of the meditation technique which could be helpful for young generation are below
*one thing is the truth that we consciously unconsciously subconsciously inhale oxygen from the atmosphere, gift 10 minutes of your day for visualisation at your breathing process and see what wonders it do for you have according to my theory every living being is living tell he have strength to inhale oxygen from air otherwise the one will be called dead. so accordingly inhaling Deep and consciously can improve nervous system and therefore confidence too.
*Do some exercises what time to 15 to 20 minutes and then seated for meditation for 10 minutes on thinking whatever your mind is thinking and disattaching yourself from every reels of thoughts to pure consciousness of breathes with hint of God Grace on one self.
* See and listen all that ur mind have to convey u, keep patience for one self too remind yourself that god knows your all birth to death activities even before you get birth to leave luck on his hand keep hard working and satisfied.
* Play some outdoor games too

in today world everything is fast and furious, one have to get up early in the morning get ready to go for work travelling working in office or business, coming back to home, entertainment, food, rest, sleep etc etc, no one seems to have left with time for oneself, in fulfilling the needs of family members and oneselves ego one is spending all there energy and money.

at today scenario mental health and sleeping disorders are very big issued one have to deal them with proper guidance and proper set of mind, we human are creating so many machines and programmes of softwares for which we utilise our brain, but be forget for better functioning of our brain we need supplement from naturally ingredients. ayurvedic medicine provide no side effect and for long run it help in other significant sickness too, and with some exercises and Pranayam one can improve the inner science of health of body and soul and heart and mind.
