It was a cold winter night and the family had gone to bed. Suddenly, a loud and sinister laugh echoed through the halls of the empty house. It sounded like a cackle of some evil witch, coming from somewhere in the dark depths of the house.
The sound was so menacing that even the family dogs started barking in fear. Everyone in the house woke up in fright and looked around for the source of the laughter. Then, little Sarah saw something coming from the closet in her room.
It was a little girl with long dark hair, pale white skin and red eyes that glowed with an eerie light. She was wearing a long nightgown and had her hands clasped together as if praying to the darkness. The little girl kept laughing, but this time it was not a cackle, it was more of a hiss, like a snake ready to strike its prey.
The family had no idea what to do. They were too scared to move or even speak. All they could do was watch as the little girl slowly crawled out from the closet and moved closer towards them with an evil look on her face. Then, she started laughing again, this time louder and more sinister than before.
The family was so scared that they just cowered in fear and waited for whatever the little girl was going to do with them next. Luckily, after a few long seconds, the little girl suddenly disappeared into thin air and no one ever saw her again.
From then on, everyone in the house kept their closet doors shut tight at night and never again spoke of what they had seen that night. To this day, they still believe that a red-eyed girl with an evil laugh lurks in their home late at night, waiting to strike again…
