Chapter 7. Love shot.

Shan comforted Tom after his break up with Rosie. both hang out together and Shan makes sure that Tom is fine.
She even stays at his apartment some times. Tom saved Shan's apartment by paying the rent. Shan doesn't have a job so she goes to mattle arena every weekend. Everything was getting normal. but one day Tom's father called him and asked him to meet.
Tom : I don't want to see his face. my life is already a mess, I don't wanna get it worst.
Shan : well, if you don't go, he will come here to see you. why don't you understand? he is your father, you can't run away from him.
Tom : but..
Shan : just go and see what he wants now.
Tom : we know what he wants but ok. I'll go.
Shan : ok, see you later. and be careful.
Tom : ok.
Tom leaves.
at Mr. Felix's house.
Tom : just get to the point dad. why you keep calling me, I told you I don't wanna be a politician. so please stop it.
Mr. felix : I know what happened between you and Rosie. and trust me son this industry is just too bad. come with me, you'll be a king.
Tom : like I don't know about your industry dad. I know how many people you have killed, just to shut their mouths. so stop doing it, this won't work.
Tom goes to the door to leave but then Mr. John comes in.
John : hi Tom. it's been a long time since I saw you.
Tom : well you have now. so I am leaving.
John : oh. why are you in a hurry boy.
come on let's chat a little.
Tom : I said leave me alone you two. do you have any idea how much troublesome is my life right now. please don't make it worst.
John : oh Tom, my boy, what are you talking about. Rosie?
Tom : how do you know ? uh nevermind. it's not about her.
Mr. felix : then what is it my son? what's bugging you? tell me.
Tom : I don't need your help. besides I don't even know who is this Mr. R.
anyways I am going. and Dad I request you, please leave me alone.
Tom leaves.
Mr. felix : (shooked) did... he say Mr. R?
John : I think... so.
Mr. Felix : oh no.
at Tom's apartment.
Tom gets home and sits on the bed. thinking about good old times when he used to live with Shan and he used to chase his dream. He didn't know that success will be this bitter.
Tom : uhh, I miss you Shan.
maybe I should go see her. he calls shan.
Shan : hey buddy, how did it go?
Tom : uhh, nothing different. forget that, what are you doing tonight?
Shan : nothing.
Tom : ok then, let's hangout together.
Shan : alright, I'll come to your place with your favorite dish.
Tom : no........ let's hangout at your place, like old times.
Shan : but Tom.......... it's risky for you.
Tom : I don't care. just for once I wanna feel like old Tom. please.
Shan : ok... if you say so.
Tom : Ok I'll see you tonight. bye ☺️
that night.
Tom arrives at Shan's apartment.
Shan : hey, you are here.
Tom : yes. wow, I missed this place so much.
Shan : really? remember when you came here for the very first time? you called this place a trash can.
Tom : yeah, (laughs) time has chnaged Shan. (sigh)
Shan : I made your spacial pancakes.
Tom : oh wooow that's so good.
thank you so much Shan. I missed you too pancakes.
Shan laughs.
both set there and talked about old times. a lots of memories, laughs and tears.
Tom : ok, let's go to our favorite place.
Shan : where?
Tom : at Roseberry Bar. come on.
both go to the bar and order liquor.
Shan : remember when we used to come here every evening after work and used to trash people out.
Tom : yeah, 😁😁
both drinks and then starts walking on the road.
Tom : Shan, can you still walk in a straight line.
Shan : yes, I can. but loooooook at you.
Tom : heeeeey, whaaat are you seying. I am fiiiiiine.
both laugh and keep walking up to the bridge. and sit on the banches nereby.
suddenly two street dogs come fighting with each other.
Tom jumps and climb on the bench.
Shan laughs.
Shan : oh, look at you, what a coward?
Tom : hey , I am not a coward. I am just scared of steert dogs.
Shan : oh look they are coming right at you.
Tom jumps and starts screaming.
Tom : oh help me. help me please.
Shan : (laughing) you remind me of a dork, I saw one night on the steert screaming just like you, because of the dogs.
Tom : 🙁 ................ what??
.....................
You....
Shan : haha yeah.
Tom : ....... do you know him?
Shan : no no, I was too drunk that night. I don't remember much but it's still funny.
Tom's eyes suddenly filled with gliter when he hear this. his guts started to dance like crazy.
he was super excited and super confused at the same time.
finally knowing who was the girl who saved him and knowing that it was the one who lived with him all the time.
finally finding the girl he loved but still so terrified by this situation.
he suddenly realized how pretty Shan is. and how gorgeous she is. he was speechless and feeling like a butterfly who is ready to fly so high.
his heart started to race. he was like dreaming, it seemed like time stoped.
he kept staring at Shan, saying nothing.
Shan : hey, why don't you say something? what happened? are you ok?
Tom : .............
Shan : Tom?
Tom : ( I can't.... can't tell her. I don't know how would she react. she might even kick my ass.)
Shan : hello? what are you thinking? say something.
Tom : (lost in her eyes)
Shan : ok, uhh stay here I am going home.
Tom : huh, hey, wait for me.

Tom runs towards her.
