Jesus really is the highest authority in the Kingdom of Heaven. In the beginning there was God. God divided giving birth to the one we call Jesus. At first there was no division in authority, so Jesus and God share the same authority as one. That's why he is known as the child, or son of God. Then Jesus and God created everything in existence through through Jesus. Jesus divided into soul children. Then they divided further.
