Let me tell you guys this is a true story happened in Australia but the charecters were different.

We were very excited . I , Eisma ,Chichi , Lucas just bought a beautiful home in a silent town . I was talking with Minda the house owner about that house.
CONVERSATION
Me - So finally this mansion is mine!
Minda - Yes ma'am.
Me - I am very happy , I will move as soon as possible.
Minda - Can I give you a condition.
Me - aaaa... condition ?!?!
Minda - Yes. Please move to this house after new year.
Me - Why?
