The old woman was near death. I could hear her try to draw in painful gasps of breath. I felt helpless as a doctor in this remote part of the world. Was there nothing I could do? No I can't let someone die like this , if not as a doctor but as a human as a humanity I could help her . Few years ago I went that place for a health checkup campaign and I met the person who was also a practicener and a well knowledgeable . I called in a hurry and asked him for the help , he ran to the lady and all the treatments has been started at last the old lady will be fine . I sigh in a relief , on that day may I failed as a doctor but wins as humanity .
