A wet leaf fell on her shoulder making her jump in fear. Startled she shifted from her hiding place behind the bush. She was confused and scared at the same time. She had no where to go. They were still searching for her. She could hear their footsteps.
She started praying out of fear. She thought,'What have I done? Why is this happening to me ? Is it a sin for a woman to work late at night.'. Tears came out of her eyes. But she couldn't cry for they would hear her. It seemed as if they would not give up unless they complete their dreadful mission.
Cold winds started to blew from the north. It started to rain heavily. She tried her best not to make any noise but Alas!! They found her. The bushes turned out to betray her by making noise and blowing along...
