It might sound funny but at that time I actually don't know what I was suffering from...

Almost two or three year's ago, everything was fit and fine. As per my daily schedule when I came from school something strange happened with me. I felt little down. My heart was heavy like heavy clouds in the sky. Then I think it's normal I might be tired and I go to sleep. But in the middle of the night suddenly my eyes opened and all I saw was my life
#FALLING_APART.

I was not able to breath even though not able to speak.
I want to call my parents but I couldn't... My legs and arms just got freezed and I couldn't even stand. At that instant the thought that was on my mind was
#MY_END_HAS_COME_AND_I'M_DEFINITELY_GOING_TO_DIE.

Somehow I called my parents in order to bid them goodbye...They just got shocked to see me like that and they said what happened. All I could say was
#MY_END_IS_NEAR.

My heart was aching and I was only screaming due to breathlessness.
My parents take me to the hospital...
