Thanku For ur smile.
I was waiting outside the school gate waiting for my mom to finish up her work to go home together.
Many students passed by me ,they were all in happy mood ,talking to each other and cracking jokes. everyone had a beautiful smile on their face . it was a complete contrast to my situation. I was leaning on a car , all alone with a heavy bag beside my leg . It was really difficult, joining a new school especially if you know no one there. It has been few months but still i couldn't find any friends to hang out . I can only blame me for being an introvert.
Seeing their faces was like torture for me it reminded me of my old friends how i used enjoy being around them. its just sad knowing that now i have only me .
Few of my new classmates passed by me , they were in their own gang ,smiling and gossiping among themselves. No one looked at me ,they just passed by me like i didn't exist. I know i can't blame them because when you are among your friends, you are like immersed in your own world and Nothing else Matters.
A group of geniuses in my class passed by me without even noticing me .they were quite popular in my class.
In a way i was happy being non existent, nobody would bother me . i started staring at the ground, trying to forget about it . This change of school was killing me and all the hatred and sadness i felt started to flood into my mind . i felt my eyes tearing up . it was so hard to stop myself from crying.
I looked back again don't know for what reason,but i did . A group of students were passing by me . I knew them ,they were the most funniest people in my class . But someone i never ever expected noticed me. she saw me and gave me one of her best smiles then started to wave at me. And as for me i was in a shock. was she smiling at me ?
i have only interacted with her a few times . Noticing her smile the rest of the group looked at me . They too gave me a small smile. She asked why was i standing there . I pointed to the school and she understood it. She left after that giving me a small wave . Rest of the group too left following her.
I felt quite happy that someone noticed me and more happy that she didn't ask me any questions . she just gave a smile assuring me that she noticed me. That's all she did and thats all what i needed ,a assurance that i exist in her life .
All the sadness and hatred that i felt, it just flew way after that. Later my mom came and i left with her .
Few years had passed away after this , but i remember it still now. i don't care if she doesn't remember it. but for me it was the one of the best memory i had . i always wanted to say this words to her.
