Meditation day
I want to have a meditation day to attempt to put an end to what is goung in in the world. Meditate on this. No more suffering. No more hunger. Peace from peace. Love of for the human species. 5pm Mountain Standard Time. Please I want to see if this can work but it will take a lot of effort by alot if people. If you have never done this before, try this. Find some where quiet and comfortabke to sit or lay down. Take 7 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. After that continue to breath in from yiur nose. Picture in your mind. the world at peace. People getting fed, clothed and given shelter. The sick healed. The darkness gone and the light shining on you. Please try this.
