Due to the confusion police was also confused that which was the real dhaneshwar and due to that everyone started thinking that who is the real dhaneshwar. After this confusion police tried to solve the mystery of Komal's death and they saw CCTV footage of Komal's house in that footage they saw Komal came home at night 10:30 pm and one person followed him but they didn't knew that who was that person. They immediately called to rajiv and smita and they asked them about that person but rajiv and smita told them that they don't know anything about it. When police asked to neighbours about this thing they told them that one person entered the building he was looking like dhaneshwar but they are not sure. After this they went to dhaneshwars house and they saw that dhaneshwar was leaving his house and he was going to another city permanent but rajiv's father amrat gave police one clue about dhaneshwar and that clue was dhaneshwar was forcing komal to marry his son Rahul but she denied and due to this dhaneshwar was harrasing komal.

After the help of amrat they went to dhaneshwars house and they arrested dhaneshwar and started their introgation and they got some proof against dhaneshwar and this was proved that dhanneshwar was the killer. Rajivs father amrat and his mother sumita were doubting dhaneshwar because of his issues which he created in past. Police thought dhaneshwar might have done this murder because komal was keeping eye on him but they didnt knew the screte of dhaneshwars plan. Dhaneshwars plan was to break married life of rajiv and smita and this all started when amrat and sumita got threat letter.
