Pretty Misunderstandings... Part 2
....ke a day's leave and explore the city. She wanted to be Alone...
On her way, she stopped to grab some ice cream. Whenever something troubled her, she used to seek refuge by digging up different flavours of ice cream or in cooking. On Reaching , she went straight to her room, got changed and left for a swim. Water used to calm her down and the swimming pool wasn’t that crowded, perfect place to subdue the storm inside.
As she closed her eyes, she remembered the first day she saw him in school during the recess. Both were in 11th and that was the first day of their session. He was a new admission who was being bullied by the famous girls only known for their mischiefs, when she noticed him. His only mistake was that he was new and was being really sweet and kind to everyone. She pitied him and went straight for his rescue, pulling him out by holding his hands tearing the audience fall apart, not only she shocked him but every singke spectator. She had such a reputation in school that nobody ever dared to mess with her, not even the teachers. She on a very serious note ordered the girls and rest of her class to let him off the hook. She meant it as a warning and that was enough for everyone to stay put.
As a ‘PREFECT’, she was allotted duty during recess time. Not giving the situation a second thought, she took him along with her to the corridor which she had to monitor for the time being. Their duty was nothing big; they only had to make sure that the children playing in the corridor should not get hurt. She failed to notice that all this while she was still holding his hands when she caught him smiling.
“What are you smiling at Mr?”
“Your DABANGG nature. The way you managed to get me out from the situation or those girls would’ve made me change my mind about this school. By the way I’m Rishab. ” he extended his hands towards her for a handshake.
