Andres had been planning and preparing for this moment for ten years. He had trained scouts in Africa, India, Every country in Central and South America, Mexico and several states in North America. Everything had come together as planned.
Jorge and his family were the final pieces to the puzzle.

The house that Andres purchased for Jorge and his family was going to be a home for runaway children. Jorge’s mother would be perfect as a housemother. He would hire the rest of the staff as the children grew in number. They would receive their schooling there as well as it being their temporary home. The house had several wings so the boys and girls would have separate sleeping quarters.

A private boarding school would be the prefect cover for what Andres had in mind. Runaways would also be the perfect target; no one would really be looking for them. Once the candidates had been groomed they would gladly do whatever they were told in appreciation for what the staff had done for them.

Because of the location of El Paso and the number of immigrants that crossed its border to work in the city on a daily basis, it was an excellent place to set up surveillance for any illegal activities that may attempt to make its way into the city from Mexico. Alejandro had been in law enforcement for over ten years. He had come to the US with his parents at the age of six and receive his citizenship immediately after graduating from high school.

Alejandro Sanchez graduated at the top of his class from the El Paso Police Academy. He had quickly worked his way up in rank through the police department and was now a detective assigned to work undercover. Became of his nationality he fit in perfectly in the Hispanic community which had a strong presence in the city.
It also didn’t hurt that he was extremely handsome and popular with everyone he met. Everyone found him very enjoyable to be around but Alejandro wasn’t interested in everyone. One person caught his attention the first time he saw them.
