New leaves bud forth in spring and for the rest of their season do the best they can to stay hanging and green.

Preoccupied with converting our sighs and hopeless exhales into oxygen they have not time to stress over uncertainities.

Every day is a blind date with the weather but they always put up a show, outperform their nemesis and wrap it up in style, come rain or hail storms or a scorching heat that feels more like hell.

Time and time again unprecedented strong winds stage surprise blow outs but the leaves having mastered the art of survival, put on their dancing shoes and ballet all through the turmoil.
Hope 'you-man-beings' pluck a thing or two from this.

Too much or too little sunshine stalls but doesn't stop photosynthesis -
Another lesson to the mortals to give life even if the daily experience of living feels like death.

Night falls only to reboot their hope for another sunshine at dawn.
Only in Autumn is their glory withdrawn,
Rather >> Rebooted.

Everyday nature nurtures us to be courageous, strong, productive, hopeful, resilient, tactful, malleable but never to be broken apart by any challenge that life may throw in our way.

May we be encouraged in knowing that we're not alone in this hustle for survival.
May we do all we can to stay hanging and green...
