My Life Story
I am very grateful for my upbringing as a Dairy Farmers daughter. I grew up there in the same place until I was 18 years old. In a very small town in Utah. Being a dairy farmer is a very hard job, long hours. My dad was up and milking cows at 4 am all day long until after 10pm at night. With no days off due to any weather conditions, no vacations, no personal time off, no sick days, they feed and milked the cows twice daily as they used milking machines. Farming is a matter of pride nothing less than 100%, job well done. Not only did they feed and milk now they had a tractor which they used to tilling the fields then, planting crops, plus cutting and bailing the hay, etc. My dad was filled with pride and happiness as he worked so hard just to raise his 3 daughters. From a very young age I actually witnessed the life cycle of living creatures to birth and death, I learned where food came from.
