About burst of cooker while cooking
After my 10 finished I decided to work one of hotels in Goa so had my interview in one of the hotel in candolim by the name hyatt centric
So they took my interview once my interview finished their hr told me about my job in training course
that to in engeenering for about 3years with accomidation of food and provided
Uniform and weekly off too
Then I got the joining date from 1st of August 2017 to 2020 of August
I was very happy to get such nice job in the 5star hotel which was big
So I started working on my first day
We had a meeting for the new comers who have just joined the specialized work or training in hotel
In the training we got to know about our pledges of our hotel to learn and to keep in our mind and also they thought us about the good habits
Then we had got to see all the managers of the hotel all the managers told us about their departments work task and other information like eg name designation etc and some information about their departments and the hr of the hotel told us that there are some values of our hotel you all must know that then we met each other we said about our self some information and we played games and had a good time I enjoyed a lot.
After joining my duty my manager told me to introduce about my self so I told my name is nikhil dsilva iam 18yrs old and I am from goa
I stay in assagao .
Then all my team members also introduced about their self work experience etc.
After that we had total 10 members in our team and we had manager
Asst manager and 2 team leaders
To guide us about our daily work schedule from 9.00am to 6.00pm
That was my timing of work given from the hotel till my training finished for 3years. Every day before my work I should have meting about my work target given by our team leader .
So from 9.00am to 11.00am I should finish my work given by my team leader of rooms that are arival, vaccant and departure rooms and dirty room etc. Every morning I should check the ac filter is cleaned or not and the clock if time is to be set and check water is coming or not both hot and cold and apply silicorn where needed like this I should check some things if I know that work I used to do and if I don't know I used to inform my team member means who is senior person in our team. we had lunch break from 12.30am to 1.30 am
You know one thing I should go to eat lunch at 12.30 my others members used to tell me that you are leaving us and eating food I used to tell them that I am feeling very hungry then they also used to come to have with me and I started to talk with them they also spoke with me and I enjoyed talking with my team members and we used to laugh while eating and crack sone jokes among us so I enjoyed a lot
So after my lunch break we would have a small meeting or briefing among our manager and all of us about our daily work that was given by our team leaders so each and every one used to tell their work what they have done from morning to afternoon time. So after my
Briefing they used to give another work before going home with others to know about that work and to get some knowledge from it so as the time passed I should be waiting for my time to get over to go home
Early before 6.00pm like 5.30 pm because I used to go by bus so before going I should inform one of the team leader that I am going home now so that they may know I went . So the bus came I used to travel through kadamba bus from candolim to my destination till I reach assagao it was nice traveling in bus I made new friends in bus and it was good. Before going in bus there was one lady who used to work other side in villa she also was coming with me in the same bus but before going she would bring some thing to eat and even one time se gave me a new shirt It was guiet interesting the shirt was very nice I liked it she was such a good lady even she used to pay our traveling money.
As the months past I was waiting for the festival of lights that is diwali because in these festival we used to get holiday and gifts that was given by the hotel and special lunch I liked it very much and i was so excited
And happy by the gifts I received.
So diwali time that was my special day it was my birthday on 18/11/2000 every one wished me on my birthday you know one thing the hotel used to give a cake to take home to celebrate with my friends
I felt very happy so after going home I celebrated my birthday with my friends I enjoyed a lot .
So the next month on December 1st day I was waiting for my favorite festival that was Christmas because in this festival we used to have party and get gifts.i loved this festival very much it was my favorite festival because our savior was born on that day.
So as the months passed by I completed my 2years working as a trainee in the hotel .
This is the worst part about the corona virus which was spreading throughout the world so the general manager of the hotel had a meeting with every one and said to our manager that there will be lockdown so only few should come to work in the hotel and rest after lockdown I was very sad because of the corona virus.
After that I started working in kitchen like a helper till my hotel started because they told me they will inform you when to join
So after 3months they informed me to come to work so my mood was of
To work there so I left the working in the hotel because of corona causes that was Taking place for my safety I left the hotel and started working in kitchen so I used to do helping work in the kitchen so I was looking at them that how they was Cooking food and learned to cook little by little.
So as the months passed by I was working as a staff in the kitchen and I used to get 10,000 per month in lockdown so as the days passed
One day I was keeping dal in cooker
So the whistle began so the dal was cooked and after 15 minutes I was opening the cooker cover it was not coming I tried and tried to open but it was not coming so suddenly I was opening with the spoon after that the cover opened now this is the worst past here so you all know what happened so as the cover opened the hot water fell on me on my skin so it got burn it was badly paining I could not bear the pain I shouted loudly so our charity head took me to the hospital with one of my friend we was driving the car fast as he could suddenly I reached the hospital called vision I was admitted in icu for 3days so the doctors used to give me tablets, saline and they told you must eat liguid and soft kind of foods so my skin was burning very badly so after 1day the doctor game and told me you need to be done dressing so the dressing took place but the cream which they was putting was very painful and it started burning for 2sec I controlled then I felt much better so after 2days again doctor did dressing and shifted me in one of the room the room was nice and even one of my friend was there with me to give tables and bring me food instructed by the doctor.
So after 2days I felt much better than again the doctor said he will do dressing so he did suddenly my skin got little dried so the doctor found some change in the dressing so he told he will discharge me from the hospital then again he told to come for dressing after 2days so the dressing was done my skin was dried up and even much better then before I was feeling nice and good
So I used to take the tablets at morning afternoon and evening

So diwali time that was my special day it was my birthday on 18/11/2000 every one wished me on my birthday you know one thing the hotel used to give a cake to take home to celebrate with my friends
I felt very happy so after going home I celebrated my birthday with my friends I enjoyed a lot .
So the next month on December 1st day I was waiting for my favorite festival that was Christmas because in this festival we used to have party and get gifts.i loved this festival very much it was my favorite festival because our savior was born on that day.

This is the worst part about the corona virus which was spreading throughout the world so the general manager of the hotel had a meeting with every one and said to our manager that there will be lockdown so only few should come to work in the hotel and rest after lockdown I was very sad because of the corona virus.
After that I started working in kitchen like a helper till my hotel started because they told me they will inform you when to join
So after 3months they informed me to come to work so my mood was of
To work there so I left the working in the hotel because of corona causes that was Taking place for my safety I left the hotel and started working in kitchen so I used to do helping work in the kitchen so I was looking at them that how they was Cooking food and learned to cook little by little.
So as the months passed by I was working as a staff in the kitchen and I used to get 10,000 per month in lockdown so as the days passed
One day I was keeping dal in cooker
So the whistle began so the dal was cooked and after 15 minutes I was opening the cooker cover it was not coming I tried and tried to open but it was not coming so suddenly I was opening with the spoon after that the cover opened now this is the worst past here so you all know what happened so as the cover opened the hot water fell on me on my skin so it got burn it was badly paining I could not bear the pain I shouted loudly so our charity head took me to the hospital with one of my friend we was driving the car fast as he could suddenly I reached the hospital called vision I was admitted in icu for 3days so the doctors used to give me tablets, saline and they told you must eat liguid and soft kind of foods so my skin was burning very badly so after 1day the doctor game and told me you need to be done dressing so the dressing took place but the cream which they was putting was very painful and it started burning for 2sec I controlled then I felt much better so after 2days again doctor did dressing and shifted me in one of the room the room was nice and even one of my friend was there with me to give tables and bring me food instructed by the doctor.
So after 2days I felt much better than again the doctor said he will do dressing so he did suddenly my skin got little dried so the doctor found some change in the dressing so he told he will discharge me from the hospital then again he told to come for dressing after 2days so the dressing was done my skin was dried up and even much better then before I was feeling nice and good
So I used to take the tablets at morning afternoon and evening
Till 5 days after that the doctor said you need to come and show me after 8 days I was very happy that i am getting healed so by the time I was praying to God for my recovery
And to be normal again like before so it started to get improve Better I was feeling good.
