How to control ANGER
The Buddha once said,

"You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger,"

So if you want to let go of your anger, read THIS:

Anger, like a raging fire, consumes us from within.

It leaves us physically and emotionally drained, unable to think clearly or function normally.
