Then I casually walked into the room but no Alex. This was unusual for him but he could be running late I thought. 1 hour passed and still he hadn't shown, I began to feel a little saddened and foolish at my efforts and moped around checking on the other patients. As I walked along the hall heading towards his mothers bed once more the door to the male toilets opened outwards and caught me in the face.
