Jesus and the 4th Commandment
4th commandment. 4️⃣
Against worldliness:
Deuteronomy 5:12
[12]Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee.

Jesus said that He is Lord even of the Sabbath day because that day was reserved for people to rest, however, God still works as the Lord even on such days:
Mark 2:27-28
[27]And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:

[28]Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

To exemplify, He did all of these during Sabbath--

He healed a man with withered hand:
Matthew 12:13
[13]Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.👉💥🏃😀

He healed a woman with infirmity:
Luke 13:12
[12]And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.
👉✨🙋☺️

He healed a man with dropsy:
Luke 14:3
[3]And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?

Healed a man with infirmity:
John 5:8
[8]Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
👉💥🚶😄

Healed a man with blindness:
John 9:7
[7]And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

Jesus showed that God still work miracles when people are required to take a rest from worldliness and its related activities, just as He gives us our "daily" bread:
Matthew 6:10-11
[10]Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
[11]Give us this day our daily bread.
