Distinguish the difference between Be in control Vs. Controlling
Everyone wants their life to be in their control. Your thoughts, speech, action, decision, worldview, values, beliefs, how you choose to interact with others is what you can control. How others think of you, their feedbacks, criticism, and practice are out of your control. Don’t ever try to control those out of your control, and it will only bring you endless suffering.
Remember, Controlling is not always a bad thing.On some occasions, we have to set boundaries to ensure safety of ourselves or others is acceptable.
