Plans made from a diverted original plan circumstances of an oddity of interesting results

Every time a plan is made from a delayed request to do a plan or idea something thing will mess up the idea or plan by an outside force. Example two people have plans to go to the beach, however a friend calls and ask for a ride to somewhere else. This results in the following a rescheduling of plans or the plans themselves such as going to the beach is affected. It can be as simple as bad weather, or paradoxed of one by forgetting something during the process. Simply being late and then delayed by something else such as no parking spot. However the original plan becomes flawed. If the plan is rescheduled the same happens the first time it is replanned some large or small event of circumstances messes up the plan by a small amount. However the next time it normally goes smoothly.
